President and Co-Founder

Based in Washington, DC, he loves working with our partners on campaign strategy and leads the development of our platform, Advocate. After graduating from Johns Hopkins SAIS and Notre Dame, he got his start in politics knocking on doors for Barack Obama in his native Ohio.


CEO and Co-Founder

Valerio joined his first political campaign at age fifteen. After leading campaigns in 14 countries, today oversees Electica’s strategy. He specialized in politics and business at Harvard and MIT and teaches a course on political entrepreneurship at the LSE.


Senior Director of Campaigns

Mae’s favourite part of the job is matching clients’ objectives with the most effective and cutting-edge digital solutions. After graduating from London School of Economics, she spent a decade working with clients like Biden for President, The Labour Party, and the International Rescue Committee.


Director of Client Success

Tyler has extensive experience working with large-scale digital ad campaigns as a media buyer and digital communications advisor, including for the NDP, Labour unions, and Canada’s largest-ever recent third-party left-aligned election campaigns.


Director of AdOps

Chloe collaborates with clients to design innovative digital strategies and then makes them happen. Currently based in Edinburgh, she joins us with over 7 years of experience running digital advocacy and organising campaigns in Canada, Australia and the UK.


Finance Manager

Based out of Dublin, Charlene has an Accounting and Finance degree from DCU, followed by an accounting qualification. She joined Electica after years of working in US multinationals and she’s passionate about solving problems.


Head of Product Development

With technical development and product management, Pooja now drives innovation and strategy as Head of Product Development at Electica. Her focus is on creating impactful, user-centric products, leveraging a data-driven approach to meet and exceed market needs. She joined us after working with Pfizer and IKEA.


Business Operations Lead

Martina works closely with the team to ensure that the day-to-day runs smoothly. Based in the UK, she joined Electica after working for Google and graduating from SciencesPo Paris.


Performance and Insights Manager

Based in London, Aidan’s expertise lies in leveraging analytics to develop and enhance campaign strategy. He joins Electica with 7 years of experience in digital marketing. In his free time, he is studying for a PhD in digital political campaigning at King’s College London.


US Senior Associate

A Democratic organizer by background, Amin had worked campaigns of all scales before joining Electica: from the Iowa caucus for Joe Biden to getting a millennial veteran elected to Atlanta’s City Council.


Account Manager

Holly loves getting to know clients, understanding exactly what impact they want to achieve, and helping make it all a reality. With a background in managing mass mobilisation digital campaigns, she’s worked on issues ranging from environmental regulation to domestic abuse. Outside of work, you’ll find her growing flowers in her new garden.


EU Senior Associate

Based in the vibrant city of Lisbon, José has a degree from Sciences Po Paris and a Masters in Political Communication from the University of Amsterdam. Before joining Electica, he was the digital coordinator for António Costa’s 2022 campaign, a former Prime Minister of Portugal.


Campaign Manager

Anna works with UK and EU clients to create and execute innovative digital strategies. Anna cut her teeth as a Labour Party Campaign Organiser in the 2015 General Election before leading digital advocacy and mobilisation campaigns at the UK Labour Party and Refuge.


Campaign Manager 

Based in Washington, D.C., Peter brings over 10 years of expertise running digital campaigns for electoral and nonprofit initiatives across local to national campaigns in the U.S. and Europe, including organizing the digital programs of over a dozen candidates in the 2022 Italian national elections.


Senior Strategy Associate

As a senior strategy associate based in London, Bianca collaborates closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, craft company policies and ensure smooth day-to-day running of Electica’s operations.


Senior Campaign Associate

Based out of the US, Nick collaborates with our partners on their digital strategy and executes campaigns. He joins us after years working with the Democratic Party.

Valeria works on campaign strategies and implementation on our EU team. She joins us with years of experience working in digital marketing and nonprofits.


Senior Front End Developer

Based in Ireland, Rajpal specializes in developing scalable applications. His expertise fuels the development of the Advocate platform, our powerful tool for programmatic, Search & YouTube campaigns. Rajpal joined Electica from Google.

Aalia plans and executes campaigns on our US team. She comes to us with experience in political organizing, content creation, and journalism.

Marija is very passionate about leveraging digital marketing skills to execute successful political campaigns. With 3 years of experience in digital advertising, she is passionate about data analysis and understanding voter behavior to develop targeted messaging.

The Advocate team has become an extension of our digital team during the local elections. The team provided well-thought media plans and reporting. Their programmatic technology brought new capabilities to our digital strategy. We saw solid results and will continue working with them.

The Labour Party - UK

We worked with Electica during the UN climate summit in Glasgow to raise awareness amongst policymakers and civil society organizations about the need for a Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty. Even on a condensed timeline, Electica was very responsive and delivered a complex digital campaign. They offered targeting capabilities not available on other platforms and outperformed our objectives in terms of impressions and video completion rates.

We worked with Electica for the Dutch National elections in 2021 and the Municipal elections in 2022. It enabled us to reach our voters in very small geographies using postal codes and target audiences. It was a great addition to our own basic ad-campaigns, the videos had fantastic completion rates, and the entire team was very supportive and helpful.
